Procurement Management & Strategic Sourcing: Manage the end-to-end procurement process for MEP equipment and materials (e.g., HVAC systems, electrical components, piping). This includes sourcing suppliers, managing the RFx (Request for Proposal/Quote/Information) processes, and negotiating contracts and terms.
Administration & Documentation: Handle significant administrative tasks, including processing purchase orders (POs), managing documentation, maintaining updated records in ERP systems, and ensuring smooth supplier payment activities.
Contracting & Risk Mitigation: Administer contracts, review terms and conditions, and ensure compliance with project requirements and legal standards. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
Coordination & Project Management: Collaborate closely with engineering, quality assurance, and construction teams to align procurement timelines with project milestones. Track delivery schedules and manage change orders and RFIs (Requests for Information).
Financial Stewardship: Conduct price analysis, cost modeling, and benchmarking to ensure cost-effective purchasing and contribute to project budget management.
Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships to drive performance and value.
