Design & Documentation: Lead the design and development of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for various projects (commercial, residential, industrial). This includes creating complete, code-compliant construction drawings and calculations.
Calculations & Analysis: Perform detailed load calculations (heating/cooling), sizing of piping and ductwork systems, and hydraulic analysis.
Code Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to relevant Hungarian and EU building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Project Management Support: Provide technical guidance to the production and construction departments, monitor progress against schedules, and assist with cost optimization, procurement control, and contract administration.
Coordination: Collaborate closely with electrical engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) integration.
Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and tests to ensure installations meet design specifications and quality standards.
Technical Reporting: Prepare and present technical reports, project documentation, and operational manuals.
