Define technical roadmap, architecture, and standards, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and grow large, often multi-location, engineering teams; foster innovation and collaboration.
Oversee complex projects, budgets, resource allocation, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with execs, product, and external partners; manage client relationships.
Implement best practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) and uphold high standards for code quality and performance.
Ensure adherence to security, regulatory, and industry standards.
Background industry from Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC is compulsory.
