About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation – Account Executive to join our sales team. This role will be focused on identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities while managing relationships with prospective and existing clients. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven experience in lead generation and account management.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, events, etc.).
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential opportunities.
Conduct discovery calls and product/service presentations for prospective clients.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline data in the CRM system.
Provide market insights and client feedback to influence sales strategy.
