Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day personal and administrative support to the Business Owner
Manage phone calls, emails, messages, and general correspondence professionally
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, meetings, and daily planning
Support basic marketing tasks, including content writing, captions, and customer communication
Coordinate with staff, vendors, and partners as needed
Assist with documentation, reporting, and operational follow-ups
Handle confidential information with discretion
Support on-site and off-site business activities as required

Requirements:

Must currently live in Lagos, preferably Lekki, VI, or Ikoyi
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative writing skills (emails, messages, basic marketing copy)
Professional phone etiquette and customer-facing experience
Highly organized, dependable, and proactive
Comfortable multitasking and working with minimal supervision
Familiarity with hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a plus
