About the Role

We are looking for a highly versatile and sharp Travel & Business Executive Assistant to support our CEO on a temporary contract basis. This unique role blends executive assistance, on-ground logistics, and travel advisory with business intelligence and fintech/crypto ecosystem insights.

You will be the CEO’s right hand when traveling across Brazil, Australia, and South Africa, ensuring flawless travel arrangements, curated local experiences, and seamless business operations. At the same time, you will bring valuable context on the crypto and fintech environment in these regions to help the CEO maximize opportunities during each trip.

What you will do:

Serve as the CEO’s on-ground liaison during travels, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of itineraries.
Arrange flights, accommodations, transport, and excursions that balance both professional and leisure needs.
Provide cultural insights and recommend experiences, destinations, and safe, high-quality options for excursions.
Research and brief the CEO on the crypto and fintech landscape in each country, highlighting relevant trends, stakeholders, and opportunities.
Support in organizing and coordinating business meetings, site visits, and ecosystem introductions.
Attend select meetings, assist with note-taking, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
Identify and recommend local industry events, conferences, and communities aligned with company strategy.
Act as a trusted company representative on the ground, ensuring professional interactions with partners, regulators, and ecosystem leaders.
